Connect applicable billing rules, your event records and explicit business requirements. Start with one service and a real billing, acceptance or renewal question.
Buyer services are under validation. Existing tools support selected recounts and explicit charge/delivery criteria using local JSON evidence. A discussion confirms feasibility; it is not an order, a free full-period audit or a promise that all contract and delivery questions are supported.
Two independent tasks, different reasons to commission work
| Your task | What a scoped review would support |
|---|---|
| Charge review and reconciliation | Compare the applicable agreement with records, list findings in both directions and identify missing evidence for vendor review. |
| Acceptance or renewal | Compare observable work with explicit business criteria, list unmet requirements and evidence gaps, and support acceptance, remediation or renewal. This task does not require a billing discrepancy. |
Who needs to participate
Operations explains the business facts. Finance or procurement owns the spend and approval. A billing correction also needs a viable vendor review path.
What we establish first
The question, period or decision date, applicable rule, available record types and who can act. The supported scope and any fee are agreed before paid work.
How the commercial work is being tested
We are testing bounded project fees for charge reviews and for independent delivery or renewal reviews. Suitable correction cases may use terms tied to actual realized recovery. These are not launched standard packages or published rates; repeated service requires a real new task.
A finding, vendor acceptance, a refund, an issued credit, a credit actually used and service-fee collection are different events. We do not guarantee vendor agreement or recovery. Payment does not change the evidence. The existing free measurement runs have separate sample-based scope and do not cover enterprise invoice or business acceptance tasks.
What the review includes
A defined buyer task and window; applicable charge rules and separate business criteria; conclusions with source references; missing evidence and remediation items; and a record of the buyer’s next decision. Review either workflow or both.

For procurement and implementation partners
Bring a specific client question and the role you can play in data access, business interpretation or vendor coordination. Start with one bounded task before discussing ongoing work or integration.
